岳其仁，男，1948年1月生，山东淄博市人，是民族英雄岳飞第三十一代嫡孙。现为中国国家书画院荣誉院长、中国书法艺术研究会副主席、北京华夏金石书画院副院长，中国炎黄艺术协会副主席、世界文化艺术研究院书画鉴赏家、世界文化艺术研究中心特约研究员、国际美术家联合会会员、中国书法家协会会员、中国书法家协会理事、清华大学客座教授。2018年评为中华人民共和国特级书法师、2019年评为“国家高级书法师”和“国礼艺术家”、被百度授予“百度书画收藏精英奖”、中国书法协会理事会特授“中国最具影响力50位书法名家”荣誉称号、被中国文联和中国书协评为“兰亭奖的终身成就奖”、2020年任中央美术学院课座教授。
受齐鲁文化熏陶，自幼习书，勤勉刻苦，数十年寒暑不辍，其间，临碑摹帖，出唐入汉，撷花酿蜜，博采广学，——真可谓：皓首穷书为国萃，血汗育成翰墨香。更为特别之处，常年潜心专研《张迁碑》、《西狭颂》、《石门颂》、《泰山经石峪金刚经》;显赫的成就更得益于刘炳森、沈鹏、欧阳中石等诸多大师的亲临教诲与指导。曾多次与启功、沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘炳森、范增、邹德忠、黄永玉、刘文西、刘大为、靳尚谊、史国良、冯远、霍春阳等名家合作出版大型书画集。
岳其仁之书法，兼擅多体，成就斐然，隶书、章草，尤为超迈。原中国书协主席，书法名家沈鹏先生评道：“岳其仁之隶书……如晨闻嘹亮的号角，战鼓连天，壮士临阵，披盔戴甲，慨当以慷，充满阳刚之气，让人振奋；又宛如山中曲折而下的溪涧，泉水叮咚，清脆悦耳，给人以遐想；又恰似荷塘月下，聆听远处缥缈的歌声，使人陶醉。”
